Job Summary
The Executive Producer (EP) leads the end-to-end production of Barna Group’s client deliverables—from post-sale vision alignment through final delivery and client success. Reporting to a Partner, this role is responsible for translating strategic engagements into high-quality, multi-disciplinary outputs across research, editorial, design, media, events, and product experiences.
This is a creative leadership role that ensures every engagement fulfills its intended impact. The EP oversees production across Programs (custom C-suite engagements), Projects (cohorts, co-labs, and collaborative initiatives), and Products (content transitioning to ecommerce), adapting production strategy across each.

What You’ll Do
Vision & Creative Leadership
- Partner with business leaders in late-stage client conversations to understand vision and scope
- Lead client kickoff sessions to align on deliverables, success metrics, and creative direction
- Translate strategic objectives into clear production briefs and execution plans
- Champion the creative vision throughout production to ensure fidelity to what was sold
- Serve as primary client contact during production
Production Management
- Own the master production calendar and resource allocation
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
- Lead regular production reviews with Research, Editorial, Design, Media, and Events teams
- Manage budgets while maintaining high-quality standards
- Build scalable workflows that improve efficiency and repeatability
Programs (Custom C-Suite Engagements)
- Oversee complex, high-value research and consulting engagements
- Coordinate multi-phase productions across content, events, and advisory work
- Deliver executive-level outputs with depth, clarity, and strategic impact
- Create white-glove production experiences for key client relationships
Projects (Co-Ops, Co-Labs, Cohorts)
- Lead delivery of collaborative research initiatives across multiple organizations
- Facilitate cohort-based and experiential learning programs
- Oversee curriculum, event logistics, and participant experience
- Produce podcasts, video, and media deliverables tied to engagements
Products (Ecommerce Transition)
- Ensure deliverables are properly packaged for retail and subscription distribution
- Coordinate with Ecommerce on product launches and roadmap timing
- Maintain quality and consistency as content scales beyond custom engagements
- Ensure rights and content usage are documented for downstream use
Team Leadership
- Coordinate across Editorial, Marketing, Design, Media, and Research teams
- Oversee contractors and freelancers supporting production
- Build team capabilities and develop production talent
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in production management, content production, or program delivery
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept to delivery
- Strong client relationship skills, including experience with executive stakeholders
- Ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans
- Experience across content workflows (editorial, design, video, events, digital)
- Strong budgeting, resource allocation, and operational management skills
- Familiarity with Christian organizations and faith-based audiences
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred:
- 10+ years in production leadership, media, or professional services
- Background in research, publishing, or insights-driven organizations
- Experience leading cohort programs, retreats, or experiential learning

Job Summary
The Director of Sales assists Barna’s executive Partners (CEO and Chief Partnership Officer) in growing existing client relationships and driving new business development. This role is responsible for identifying leads, qualifying opportunities, and supporting proposal development to help expand Barna’s partnerships with organizations seeking research and insights at the intersection of faith and culture. Working closely with leaders across Research, Marketing and Customer Success, the Director of Sales helps ensure that new opportunities are strategically aligned, thoughtfully scoped and positioned for long-term client success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Drive New Business
- Identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities
- Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients and partners
- Represent Barna at conferences and industry events
- Research and qualify leads based on budget, authority, need and timeline
- Track and manage opportunities within CRM systems
Support Strategic Business Development
- Expand Barna’s presence through new partnerships and client acquisition
- Identify opportunities to translate research insights into client solutions
- Support proposal development with strong prospect insights and positioning
Qualify leads against established criteria
- Coordinate introductory meetings between prospects and Barna Partners
- Support proposal development with relevant prospect insights
- Ensure a clear decision timeline and smooth handoff to leadership
Inform Market Strategy
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
- Identify emerging market segments and growth opportunities
- Provide market feedback that informs sales strategy and product development
Strengthen Client Partnerships
- Cultivate trusted, long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strong account stewardship
- Partner with Client Success to ensure seamless client experiences
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Experience in professional services or research organizations preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Familiarity with Christian organizations or the faith-based marketplace
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving ability

Job Summary
The Director of Finance leads the day-to-day execution of Barna Group’s finance and accounting operations, including financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial planning & analysis (FP&A). Reporting to the VP of Finance, this role serves as the organization’s primary on-site financial leader in Fort Worth.
The Director of Finance oversees the close cycle, financial reporting for leadership and the Board, cash flow management, and audit coordination while building strong forecasting and reporting systems that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Do
Financial Operations & Close Leadership
- Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes

- Oversee project financial tracking, margin analysis and revenue recognition
Financial Planning & Analysis

Compliance & Audit
